  Guardian Mortgage (Mr. Pat Nolan) made our "refi" so easy for my wife and I. Pat and his Team (Ashley and Mike) provided timely updates and were available every time we needed them. It's great to talk with someone over the phone vs. a robot you can't understand. I will use them again!! Thanks Pat for making this experience enjoyable.

  It was a really great experience working with Jenny at Guardian Mortgage in our recent home buying. This year when we decided to buy a new construction home, the builder promised extra closing credit if we select its own lender. Because of the good experience we had with Jenny back to 2010 in our first home loan, we selected Guardian Mortgage instead. It turned out it was a wise decision especially at the end of house closing, Jenny gave us unbiased advice to make sure a smooth closing.

  Guardian mortgage helped me through the home buying process for my family's first home. I was able to secure a great loan at an outstanding interest rate.   Worked with Nate Broussard and he was fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and gave me options to best suit what we were looking to do. We had a short closing because we needed to get in before schools started and he and his team nailed it. I would highly recommend Nate and Guardian Mortgage to anyone. One bonus with Guardian is they don't sell your mortgage so you deal with the same wonderful service for the life of your loan.

  Because of my very complicated financial situation, other lenders would not give me alone. But Aaron at guardian mortgage saw this as a challenge. He and his team worked diligently to go through everyone of my entities and successfully shepherded them through underwriting and closed on my loan. Thank you Aaron we’re doing what others would not.

  Been with Guardian for 15, almost 16 years. I have nothing but disgust and utter contempt for this company when they refused to complete a W9 form on my behalf. Mind you I have been a good customer. Always paid on time. Never missed a payment nor been late. I was approved for mortgage assistance through the United Way for November & December because I had lost wages due to COVID. While I have picked up more hours and more income, I won't see that money until December. November is a month where funds run short. I am out of savings at this point. I'm having to decide between paying mortgage, utilities, food, etc. United Way would pay my mortgage for November and December allowing me to get back on my feet. Thanks to Guardian, that won't happen now. To add salt to the wound, they would not respond in a timely manner (well not at all) when United Way contacted them on my behalf to discuss the matter and try and work things out, wasting precious time on my behalf where i would be seeking other resource. According to United Way, out of all the applications they received and approved, Guardian is the only company to refuse to sign the W9. Guardian has been unresponsive, uncaring, and unreasonable regarding this matter. I deserve better and so do you. Be very waring of doing business with this company. They may not be there for you once your loan completed.
