  I can't say enough good things about my experience with this organization & Jacob Emmel. Jacob was patient, professional and organized. I was expecting a long grueling process and Jacob took the time to educate me on the process of home buying before we started looking at homes. When we put offers on homes, we were fully pre-approved and the fact that we would be able to close within 21 days caused our offers to get accepted every time! I had a great first time home buying experience.

  Kim communicated well and worked hard to make sure our loan closed by June 1st. Not only did she meet that deadline she got it closed a few days early. Kim also made sure we got the best rate and worked the loan how we would benefit most. Very professional, very nice. We could tell she really loved her job and she is good at it! She asked us to trust her when to get everything done when we switched lenders midstream. Kim is definitely someone we trust!! We will recommend Kim and use her in the future if we need to!

  As a REALTOR it is critical to have 100% confidence in the lender, one mistake and the sale can fall-apart. When Richard says that our client is pre-approved, I am confident that the transaction will close. That is why he has been my go to lender for over 3 years now! This guy delivers time after time!   Brandon Findley and Erin Findley were so great to work with. They were so patient and answered all my questions. They made the whole process absolutely painless, which is hard to do when you are buying a house. All their directions were easy to follow and their system is user friendly.   If you're thinking of buying a home, you need to call Gary Dunlap with AFN, Inc. This organization was amazing with our first time home purchase, Gary carried our little team through so much insanity related to the home we were trying to purchase. Also, our interest rate was an entire 2% lower than we were expecting. If you're looking to buy a home, refinance, or anything related to home loans...call this company. You seriously will not regret it!
