  I had several pay day loans - NOT RECOMMENDED. I was in between contract jobs and had to make ends meet. I finally got directly hired and by that time, had quite a bit of increased debt - mostly the incredibly high interest. Settle Our Debt work with me and adjusted my payments when things were a little tight so I could still make payments and get these creditors erased for good. I am very pleased. I would suggest if you are having challenges, to inquire and find out what they can work out for you. It will beat paying all that interest!

  My experience with Settle Our Debt has been wonderful. Staff is always friendly and returns calls in a timely manner. They also adjusted my payments to fit my budget. I was shocked to find out my debts were paid off today.

  I truly have to give them four stars. In the beginning I was told something false by a customer service representative but the managers were able to help me resolve to issue. They help me through a rough time when nobody else would and I appreciate it. I pretty much debt free now in less than a yr thanks to these guys working with me. I would honestly recommend them hands down. I was skeptical but in the end they kept there word. A+++

  Customer service was very friendly and explained my rights in great detail. I felt as if they really cared about my situation, I would recommend this company to anyone who is being harassed by debt collectors or just in debt period. Thank you for your help!!

  This is the worst company I've ever delt with they don't even deserve 1 star,what they do is take the balance of what you owe of the loan with all the interest not the amount you owe at the time you agree to their service,then they negotiate the loan for the amount you received and add back on the interest and give it to themselves and say they saved you thousands of dollar,they will not tell you what the company is settling for until you ask months after you payed them $100s of dollar I enrolled November 2018 to date I've payed them $962.00 they have payed the 2 company's I used $110 combined 5 months later I asked to cancel the program and receive a refund of money in a account they set up for you ,I'm then told there's no money in there and to finish the program it would be $1130.0 more dollars,I was then told they would return the fees if the company wasn't going to charge interest and I could give them names,I did still no refund,Do not use this company,ou can call these companies and they will work with you I did, I am also in the week coming doing a you tube video with evidence of paperwork so you can see how their fees work. If you use this company you will be RIPPED OFF and further in Debt

  There was some misunderstanding related to what the customer agreed to pay her lenders when she received the loan and therefore she could not see the thousands we were saving her in the program. Once she found out her job offered free credit counseling she canceled from the program which is certainly her choice. When we last communicated with the customer she said that she was satisfied with the resolution.
