  I had a great experience with Southerland Mortgage. We were the first time home buyers and Rohit did an amazing job guiding us through the loan process. He was very knowledgeable, always took the time to explain things to us, and was timely in his email responses. Every time I asked him a question, I was glad that I reached out to him. Most importantly, there were no surprises! Rohit was upfront about everything and we just had a good feeling throughout the process.

  Great Mortgage Company!! Had a wonderful experience working with Daniel & Rohit C who made the whole process seamless and smooth and were all the time on top of it till the loan closed and got funded.I am recommending them to my friends at every opportunity and so far I have concluded more than three or four mortgages with them and each one was a great experience! Go Sutherland!!

  I had my home mortgage done with Sutherland Mortgage. No one was able to approve me besides them. Not only they did they get me approved for the home I wanted they also got me a very fair interest rate for my credit rating at the time. Daniel was my loan officer and he really goes above and beyond to make sure things are done in a timely fashion. Also I had Rohit who I think was in charge of getting my loan processed call me a few times to make sure of things that I was not sure of. I also was able to convert my 30 year loan into a 15 year loan a year later with even a better interest rate! They are the best!!! Thank you for everything!

  I couldn’t have possibly gone with a better mortgage company! Bruce and Rohit made my experience buying my first home absolutely incredible and stress free. Not only did they give me an unheard of low interest rate (that not one single other company could come close to matching), they gave me sound advice and held my hand and walked me through the detail oriented process. I have roughly 15 friends, family, and coworkers that I have referred to them after I bought my home and all of them had the same exact experience. My realtor was beyond impressed as well. To this day Bruce calls to check up and make sure everything is still going smoothly and guides me through any questions I have regarding taxes, etc. He also referred me to the best home insurance company to use as well -which offers the exact same amazing customer service and rates. Easy to contact, available 24/7, never once had to wait on them for anything. I couldn’t have done this with out them and I’m eternally grateful. Very humbling to know that there are still people out there that truly care about excellent work ethic and wanting to better the lives of those who come to them by fulfilling their dreams of being a home owner.   It was a sheer pleasure to work with Enrique Rosario. He was very professional and always available. He really went above and beyond to make my loan happen. I have used him twice to refinance a home, Then I used him to finance a new home. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with him. The interest rates have dropped quite a bit from the time I financed the new house, so I plan to use him again to refinace the new house.
