  Great service! Very much recommend.We discovered a basement flood in the morning and within hours the SERVPRO crew arrived promptly to begin same day service.The whole crew got right to work and fast.Completing as much as possible the first day, stopping only as we needed to have a sump pump replaced to prevent additional water flooding and returned promptly the next to continue at the same pace.Answered questions and kept us informed of steps taken throughout the whole process.Resolved any additional concerns that were discovered.Gladly recommend their services

  A flood occurred in the lower level of our home due to a refrigerator ice maker hose failure. Two excellent ServPro teams assisted us in the water removal and restoration. They were responsive, prompt, careful, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, effective and thorough. They communicated with our insurance company and addressed all necessary details.   Kerry F. from Servpro East Lansing/Haslett was amazing to work with. His professionalism, attention to detail, and communication is the reason I am writing this review. So the back story: 5 years ago we had some construction done adding a new kitchen including all new plumbing. Fast forward this past weekend we had a run-of-the-mill clog in the line. Well, what we didn't know was the PVC drain pipe had a saw cut on the top of it. Because the drain was backed up it began leaking out of that cut on the top of the pipe. This flooded one of our downstairs bedrooms. Because we use it as storage it went unnoticed for an extended period of time. It also meant water and kitchen/dishwasher sewage had flooded the room and the carpet, baseboards, walls, and of course caused the ceiling to cave in. We had a mess on our hands for sure. We called around and Servpro East Lansing/Haslett not only answered the phone but was able to come the same day and start the cleanup. Like I said Kerry F. from Servpro East Lansing Haslett was AMAZING!!. He was prompt and on time, answered all our questions. Kept us informed during the whole process and let us know how things would go and what they needed to do. Most important was he also let us know what we needed to do. Thank you again so much for all the help!!!!

  Unfortunately, I've had to deal with this company twice over the past year. Fortunately, they have turned 2 of the hardest home owning experiences I've had into something manageable. They are quick to respond, fast on action, and easy to work with the insurance company. I am happy to recommend them to anyone dealing with a crisis. 5/5

  This past week has been a really hard one, but Serve Pro was there to hold my hand and walk me through to the other side. Sewage backup in my basement, and the same day I called, Serve Pro was here to clean up the mess, remove damaged walls/floors, and dry out the area. They couldn't have been more responsive or kinder. I would and will recommend them over and over again.

  ServPro did an excellent job of taking care of the water damage caused by a leaking toilet. They came within an hour of my call and set up their equipment very quickly.They checked on their equipment and its progress daily. They are very polite and courteous.I am very impressed with this service.

  This crew is prompt and professional! I worked with Adam, and because they showed up and began working so quickly and thoroughly, the overall damage was far less than it could have been. Truly impressed with their customer service and attention to detail.
