  Eloy was so kind and absolutely amazing through out our whole buying process! He was extremely supportive and always on top of it ! His communication skills are phenomenal and would respond extremely fast !!   We needed a quick close for a property we were purchasing. Eloy was there every step of the way, communicating all the documents we needed, obtaining an appraisal with a quick turn around time and even going above and beyond to allow us to close in time for Labor Day weekend! He is very professional and communicative (and a nice guy on top of that)…highly recommend!

  Communication is non existent. Called many numbers for apmc and no one ever seems to reply. Issue from day one when they purchased by my loan from another servicer.

  UPDATE; we used Grant again in 2021 to purchase another home. The process was absolutely seamless. I felt like a I barely had to do anything and then all the sudden were clear to close! We were simultaneously selling a property, that buyer had a 2 week head start on us as far as the loan process (with another lender) and we both got the clear to close the same day. That just goes to show Grant is always 10 steps ahead of the game. He’s the best, STILL! September 2019- Grant was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond anything we could have imagined to get us into our new home. He was always 5 steps ahead of the game and made what should have been an extremely stressful process, a total breeze. He predicted possible issues that COULD happen and always came up with a solution for everything before it ever even arose. He was extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer any and all question I had, night & day. Our file was somewhat of a complicated one and he chipped away at it, going through each step of the process with total ease. When other lenders we met with were unwilling to take the extra steps or do the extra work, Grant welcomed our business with open arms. We will never work with any one else! He is hands down the best in the business.
