  This is the third time I have to deal with the same lady who gives me a hard time. I really cringe when she is available. Today I went to pay my daughter’s car payment which I done it many times in the pass. My wife and daughter were working who are on the loan, therefore I had to go and do it. The lady told me that she couldn’t accept the payment because my wife wasn’t present and mind you I provided my wife information, vehicle information, address, correct spelling of her name and yes she found the account but could not take the payment. It’s beyond frustrating dealing with this lady at the Salem Newhampshire branch. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said no. We have 3 accounts with this bank and I can’t wait to end the relationship because this lady is beyond rude and frustrating to deal with.

  If you want to be treated like a number. Then this branch is the one for you. Branch manager needs to learn your services you offer. Member for over 20 years and getting frustrated every time I go in there.

  Alyssa deserves a RAI$E, a BRAND-NEW CAR (FOR FREE) and a TWO-WEEK ALL-EXPENSE-PAID TRIP TO ARUBA!! She literally $AVED MY FINANCIAL LIFE!! Sevice Credit Union is TRULY FORTUNATE TO HAVE HER AS AN EMPLOYEE!!!! She spent TWO-AND-ONE-HALF HOURS assisting me and all the while was COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND KIND!!!! She EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! God Bless Her!!!!

  Unprofessional employee, she was picikng fight with customers in the parking lot. I would not recommend as I prefer my banking to be stress free. =R

  I started my account when working in NH, as I live in Mass. Since working in New Hampshire I have opened an account. I love thinking with service credit union they are very understanding and helpful. I had a problem with my online banking could not fix it walked right in they helped me and fixed it right there. I am very satisfied with service credit union.

  Walked in not knowing what I needed to do to get things straight with my 3 different bank accounts and auto loan. Mason was awesome. Very patient and explained everything to me clearly. Even made sure I understood before he moved on to the next answer. He is very young and very informative (I'm jealous, lol) he gonna go far in life. Hope the company knows what they have with Mason. 😁👍

  I got an auto loan through Service Credit Union. Never again. It has been beyond difficult to coordinate the payments, log in through their portal. Heaven forbid you have a bank error - it will take months to get it sorted. Be prepared to stay on hold for 20+ minutes if you'd like to call. They give wrong instructions on the phone - VERY frustrating.

  They dont want your business! I wanted to open a business account,went to 2 locations. The 1st had 2 people doing nothing at Walmart branch but they were too busy so they sent me down road to wait and be told it would take double the time. Take your business elsewhere!!

  They had an awesome staff years ago. Now they hire kids. It seems like a high turnover there. They're so slow here it's not funny.
