  I can't stress enough how grateful we are to have found Tom. We had a different mortgage person at the start of this process but they were not proactive enough with the rapidly rising interest rates. We needed to move fast and after a short conversation with Tom we were off and running and he took such great care of us. Our loan closed as expected, with a rate better than any other rate we could find. Could not be more pleased with him, his entire team, and how seamless this process was from start to finish. So happy we found him!!

  Tom and Jo Anne provided exceptional service from the start. They were available both day and night and always responded promptly. This was our first home purchase and it could not have gone any smoother with their help. We felt well taken care of and like we were family to them. They will not steer you in the wrong direction, in fact, they kept us right on track for a quick and clean close. We will absolutely be repeat customers, but for now, we are so excited for our new dream home! Thank you all.

  Mortgage network was AMAZING in working with my wife and I for the closing of our new home. They were speedy with their responses and answered every question we had.   I've worked with Martha Harvey and Co. twice now and I'm not sure what I'd do without her if I have to go through the process again. She's extremely prompt, efficient, and friendly. I asked a lot of questions randomly through the process and was never made to feel like I was being dumb, neurotic, etc. It's nice to work with people who make you feel like they've got your back.

  Mortage Network made mistakes that cost me and my wife thousands of dollars. After my disappointment with the company, Mortage Network reached out to me to explained the misunderstanding which I was satisfied with. I dealt with a Mr. Koss who was very prompt with helping me sort out out our issues. My initial review was only two stars but with Mortage Network making good on their customer service I bumped by review up to 4 stars.
