  I have always had such a positive experience with both locations of this credit union. However, I just closed my account because my family and I are moving out of state. Despite this, the teller working with me still went above and beyond to meet my needs! Highly recommend.

  I love banking with you, everyone is so friendly and kind. I need to get a substantial amount of money out of my savings account and desperately need your hours forgot tomorrow, January 31. I need to pay a doctor bill tomorrow and "Best" is not open. Also they just took a big hike in the cost of their VISA, not a happy camper. And I want to price out my house & car insurance from your CU, and learn about how to get my automatic deposits and withdrawals from you???

  Above and Beyond!!!!! We have a quad loan and went and got a car loan. When the dealership called me after hours on Friday with issues from the wire transfer. I found Blake Cook our loan advisor on facebook. He went in on Saturday when not scheduled and cleared everything up and checked back after the vehicle purchase to make sure all was good. I have never had a bank be so committed to making sure everything went as planned.

  I have been using this branch since 2016. They have always been very friendly and have answered all of my questions. I had no troubles getting a car loan through them and have had no issues with any of my payments/transactions. Their service is very fast. I would recommend them to others.

  Don't open an account that you wont be using regularly, they have taken over $100 out of my account for a "dormant fee". What a crock. I will be closing my account there this week.

While we do our best to avoid assessing fees, there is a cost to the entire membership to maintain accounts, and doing so keeps rates lower than banks for other members. All Service 1 FCU members receive multiple notifications if an account is inactive to be transparent about any possible costs associated with the inactivity. If the notifications haven't reached you, we may need to update your contact information. Please reach out to us to let us know how to best reach you going forward.   Love them hate I can't get a loan but hey it maybe is best. Rebuild my credit slowly but surely. Love u ladies for being there thru any problem😇
