  Today I visited the Community Choice Credit Union. I needed help with a couple different things. I was very pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received there. Corey and Phil went out of their way to address my concerns and take care of my issues. How nice it was to be treated with great respect. I did not just feel like any ordinary customer - I felt like they cared about ME in particular. Very refreshing!!!!

  After speaking to a horrible customer service representative over the phone regarding a fraudulent charge on my debit card, I stopped into the Ellis location. I was greated when I walked in and was helped by Deborah. After explaining to her what happened she did everything she could do to help with the fraudulent charge. The charge was pending and had not posted so she had to do a lot more digging. She went above and beyond by finding the phone number of the "company" SP Plugtech... Which ended up being a false phone number. There were a few more things she checked and enlisted the help of her coworker Phil. He was also fantastic. The two of them worked hard together to get my problem solved while engaging in friendly chatter with me. Phil had issued me a new debit card on the spot! They were both so friendly and helpful... And the credit union smelled fantastic!!!! Thanks to Phil, I will be ordering the Driftwood Breeze! These are top notch employees. I will skip calling the 1-800 number from now on and just go see Phil or Deborah 🙂

  Great place to take care of any financial services, they give great financial advice. Definitely a great financial place for any and all needs from personal loans and auto loans to debt consolidation and mortgages. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an awesome Credit Union!!

  Poor customer service. Member of first general for 30 years before community rook over. Can't call local branch. get service center I get spam from other companies saying because I am a member I can get special deals. I am not a member anymore and why is this being shared with 3rd parties. My bank is better than this credit union.

  The merger of First General CU and CCCU had been a very positive experience. We do our banking at the Ellis Rd location in Muskegon. The manager at that location, Phil Bacalia, has been amazing to work with! Several times I’ve needed extra help with some accounts & Phil has been right there to help! He’s very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming! His staff is very kind and helpful as well! Thanks to all, for a great place to do our banking! 👍🏼

  I have been a member since it was GenTel Co Credit Union. My husband and I have dealt with Mackenzie a couple of times and she has been very helpful. She is now our go to person at Community Choice Credit Union!
