  I am a Realtor and Michigan Mortgage rates at the top when it comes to communication, timeliness, knowledge, and professionalism. One of their clients bought our personal home and when another Realtor failed to turn necessary paperwork in to them before leaving for vacation, Rob was still able to get everything processed so we were able to close on time. He kept us informed along the way and reassured us that everything would work out - which it did. Highly recommend!
