  As a real estate agent for the last 26 years, John is my go to recommended lender. I have known him for over 20 years and he has never let me or my clients down. He’s honest and does put his clients first. There’s no upsell or question that he will do what’s right for you. If John tells you you are preapproved, your mortgage will be a done deal. Just find the right home. Other agents know that his pre approvals are rock solid, so when presenting offers it adds a lot of confidence to the sellers when I can say the buyer is pre approved with Serenity Mortgage. When you contact the big web lenders, you won’t know who you will get and what experience level that person has. As agents we see the good lenders and the not so good lenders. On a scale of 1-10. John is definitely a 10! With John, you work with him throughout the process and he has never dropped the ball.

  Look to John at Serenity Mortgage, for your home purchase or refinance needs. He is responsive and able to answer any questions you have during the financing process. I was in contact with him for about a year while we were searching for a home in a difficult market and he patiently helped me with cost sheets on several properties, before finding the one that was the best fit for us at this time. Using a broker like John takes a lot of work off your table.
