  Katie is absolutely amazing! She helped us find our perfect starter home, and made it as easy as could be. She is very professional but also fun! And it’s almost as if when showing you homes, she knows exactly from the moment you get there whether or not you’re going to want it! She is truly wonderful at her job, and I would recommend her for anyone who is trying to buy or sell their house!

  Working with Katie Collins with Clear Choice to sell and buy a house was great! She was patient with me in the search for my new home till we found the right place.   We can’t begin to explain how happy we are with our choice to go with Clear Choice and Holly Pflugh! This was our second home purchase and the experience was night and day compared to our first purchase. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, not only selling our existing home, but she was also able to align the closing of our new home on the same day, which saved us a ton of extra work.   Julie and Pete were so so so amazing and helpful during my entire home buying experience. Being a first time homeowner was super scary and I had more than a million questions. I personally don't believe there's another group of people or a different way to go that would've been any easier!!! Thank you for everything you have done for me!

  This wasn't our first time working with Pete and Julie for a reason. They really go above and beyond. We worked with them several years ago and didn't hesitate to call them when we needed their help again. We used them recently for the sale of our houses and they were terrific. They sold our houses and are finding us our perfect home as well. Weather you are moving in or moving out they even have a truck you can use locally. Through all the challenges they are there every step of the way day or night, weekday or weekend. If you want realtors who will put their time and effort in to selling/buying your home, Pete and Julie are the Cleariest Choice of all!!! They aren't just your realtors, they become your friends!
