  Mr. James Jaramillo and his crew did a phenomenal job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they went above and beyond my expectations. I bought my house the same time others I worked with bought theirs and they had horror stories compared to my wonderful experience.   I would scream it from a mountain top... Christian Peter and his team (Chacon Team) are the BEST Mortgage Lender team around. From start to finish (and they worked hard to get us to the finish line) Christian Peter, Abraham Sweet, Vince Chacon, and Kyle Bowden ALL had a hand in getting done what we needed to get done in order to close. They looked at every possible detail, every possible option, and communicated with us REGULARLY throughout the process. The professionalism from this team is top notch.   Excellent customer service. Every time I had a question it was immediately reply with a through answer. Andrea helped me from beginning to end. I like how professional she is with her work. Overall it was a great experience from now on I will use her services all the time. I feel a lot more comfortable because she is local and it is easy to reach. Thank you for all your help Andrea.
