  George Zuniga the manager and Martha Perez the teller are always so kind, helpful, and courteous. I have accounts and loans at several banks, but prefer doing most of my banking at Prosperity, because of this dynamic duo and their excellent customer service. I have been a small business owner since 2003, for 17-years. It’s important to know you have a banker that is there to work with you and not against you. :)

  I go to 5 other banks and i never get the great service there as i get here.All the staff goes out of their way to please you. They are fast ,courteous ,kind,and knowledgeable. Ive wked at the biggest bank in texas and New York for over 18 yrs and let me say to anyone I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WKING FOR THEM.By the way i don't have accounts with any of those but this is my goto bank. The name says it all Live long and 😉 enjoy Prosperity

  A certain teller looks drunk most of the times. Wish Lisa, Dalia and shelia were still there. They were always helpful. These new tellers don’t know anything. Martha is always helpful, slow, but very helpful. Maria is the only one that knows what she’s doing on the floor.

  I received the worst service I’ve ever dealt with at this location. I’ve been a customer of prosperity bank for 20 years and was simply trying to deposit a check into my account which I had the correct information for and was denied. I will continue to use prosperity because of their great service but never at this location.

  By far the worst bank. If it wasn’t for Maria or the tellers, the lobby manager would have no idea what he’s doing. 90 percent of the time he’s in the back with the tellers rather than helping the floor. I’m so glad It’s almost time to pull my accounts and not get penalized.

  Prosperity Bank Customer Service needs to get with the program and have a call back option. I was on hold for an hour just to have a minute conversation and be told no.

  Used drive through banking & wasn't sure if there was even an employee working the window due to the ridiculous amount of time it took for the deposit. Maybe if she would have greeted me I could have at least known I wasn't being forgotten

  WORST BANK, TELLERS, MANAGEMENT IN TEXAS! Zero respect, Zero service, and dont look for them to make things right when they totally mess up, they won't and they won't be sorry they did it either. They do not care about their customers at all.

  Lobby closes at 4pm not 5pm like this site says. Drove from 90 and 1604 through garbage traffic to get here by 4:30 only to see a empty building.

  Dirt dobbers live in the document slot on the night deposit. Doesn't look like any deposit slips have been in there in a long time..
