  Given that Irene has many years of experience in the Mortgage field, it was unsurprising that she handled our transaction with a calm demeanor and never suffered a single ruffled feather.   My husband and I relocated from Los Angeles to San Antonio, a major life transition in itself much less an intrastate move half way across country. Irene and her team were exceptional making this transition easy. After getting no where for over six weeks with my bank of 15 years being told, 'due to COVID, we are experiencing greater than normal applications,' my TX real estate agent referred me to Irene. Within 90 mins, not only was I pre-approved but my husband and I saved 1.25 percent in interest!! The entire escrow process was simple, transparent and whenever I called, they knew my name. I cannot more highly recommend Irene and SWBC. Mortgages don't have to be unpleasant. Customer service + better rates. WIN WIN!!
