  Today was my second purchase from them in a year. The sales people (David Gaia) are freindly, and dont pressure you. Was looking at a new Beetle and the sales man also suggusted a used one they just got in at a good price (which I ended up getting). The service depart has been wonderfull with any services on our previous bug. I highly recommend that if your looking for new or used to give them a shot first.

  Got charged $50 for a scan and was told that there was no issue. 2 hours later the EPC light came on. And I am back here again. The car is under warranty. Why was I charged $50 for the scan. And why in the hell did I have to come back if everything was ok despite my telling them their was something wrong. Finding a new dealership after this. Not happy

  Your vehicle was here for two issues. The only one you were charged for was to diagnose the antifreeze smell from your washer fluid. We confirmed the incorrect fluid was being used, pressure tested the system and recommended a coolant flush. This is not considered a warranty issue due to some other fluid in the washer bottle. What you were not charged for was the transmission scan, as this was covered under warranty. At that time the vehicle appeared to be shifting properly and there were no codes for faults stored within the vehicle. Nevertheless something appears to have happened and our service team would be more than willing to assist. Their direct number is 724-837-5800 or we could have someone contact you if you prefer?

  My sales guy Chris was wonderful to work with. I knew what i wanted, and he made it a painless process to buy it. Did not try the hard sell. And he was a nice guy to boot. Josie, who does the paperwork, was lovely to work with as well. Ask for Chris. Seriously.

  Appreciated the upfront information and transparency from our salesman James Struble. I would recommend Subaru to anyone looking for a safe, fuel efficient vehicle and especially recommend the family-owned Sendell dealership. Sometimes you have to go a zip code or 2 away for a good, honest deal!

  When I first bought my car I was thrilled with Sendell but after a light came on I took it in to get scanned. All it was was my gas cap and they wanted to charge me 40 some dollars for the code scan. Never mentioning once it would cost a thing. You can go anywhere else and have scans done for nothing, silly me for assuming that but it should have been mentioned it wasn't free. After trying to bring this up they just said that if I wanted my car to just pay. I did and left. I immediately contacted Mittsubishi and a refund was promptly given and an additional 20$ off my next service was also included. Shady and unless it's warranty related I will never return to Sendelll

  Your service advisor is unfortunately new to our company and unaware of our policies in this regard. We attempt in every regard to be fair with our customers; in this case he was simply doing what he thought was correct; a technician took time to scan the vehicle and correct an issue and obviously we pay him to do that as it is only fair to the technician. Given the circumstances our policy is to not charge a customer for what is a commonplace error. If there is anything we can do please just let us know.

  Sendell put me in what I could afford, found what I liked, and didn't try to push me in anything other than what I could do. They even remembered I didn't like red. Our salesman Josh was GREAT this is the second car I bought from him, very helpful and knowledgeable about his cars.

  We purchased a new Tiguan from salesmen David Gaia yesterday. Our whole experience was easy and smooth! Even with a newborn with us! We love our new family ride and would recommend the dealership to anyone. Great Family oriented business, the owner and his wife both spoke with us while we were there and made us feel comfortable and confident that we were buying from the right place!

  I recently picked up a fleet vehicle, a Subaru Legacy at Sendell Motors in Greensburg, PA and they are absolutely wonderful to work with! Every single member of the staff was courteous and polite. Having driven fleet cars for many years I have been used to being treated as a nuisance when picking up my vehicle, this caused me to dread these pick-ups and to not want to do business with those dealerships that treated me so poorly. My experience with Sendell was so refreshing as I was treated as a valued client from the very start. Thank you to Josh, Henry, Debbie and the entire staff for making this the best experience and for earning not only my business but my respect and admiration. And a special thank-you to Josh for answering my many questions on features of the new Legacy! Very impressed with Sendell!
