First of all Greg is a professional who specializes in always delighting the customer and giving homeowners The quality and attention to detail needed to get a deal done. We appreciated Greg‘s big stick mentality and trying to get us the best deal and also that velvet glove touch of ensuring that he was looking out for our best interest.   Three words to describe Greg at pronto mortgage are prompt,professional,and straightforward. My experience with pronto made buying my home easier than switching mobile carriers. I was in a situation where getting my mortgage was not a straight forward process for any mortgage company and I had several other companies who claimed they could get it done but did not get me to the finish line. Greg at pronto did not make a single promise without delivering and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. I never had a question unanswered or a phone call not returned very promptly. I highly recommend pronto mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home. My only regret was not calling them sooner.

  My husband and I had the best experience buying our 1st home with the help of Greg from Pronto Mortgage. From start to finish he made the process so easy and understandable. The mortgage process was so intimidating to us at first, but Greg explains everything so well and he was quick to respond with anything that we needed. We can't recommend him enough!!!!

  If you're not using Greg, you're missing out. He's professional, patient, knowledgeable and has your interests as primary. He lays everything out for you in a way that is easy to understand and he's very transparent throughout the whole process. He can also close quicker than probably anyone. I never had to wait to hear from him and anyways received replies to messages within a very short period of time, regardless of the time of day. I highly suggest Greg to anyone looking to get a loan. 100 thumbs up!!

  I worked with Greg on a refi deal a few weeks ago. I’ve been through this process a few times before and Greg was undoubtedly the best I’ve worked with. Greg takes a transaction that is largely a commodity process and turned it into a value added service. He takes time to make sure you understand the intricacies of the transaction and how they may impact you financially. I have and will continue to recommend Greg to close friends and family.

  I had a very complex loan that Greg was working on for me, I own different properties and multiple businesses that slowed down the timeline of my loan, Greg worked with me to get all the necessary documents that I needed and went to bat for me with the underwriters. I have done many loans in my life and feel that Greg went out of his way to insure I was getting the best mortgage deal that anyone could have provided for me.   Greg was very responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to get my deal to closing. When problems arose he found solutions quickly and effectively to keep everything on track. I feel very lucky to have had Greg handling my mortgage. This is my second time using Greg for my mortgage. My first home purchase (nearly 10 years ago) and again today. I hope that I never have to obtain another mortgage, but if I do, my first call will be to Pronto Mortgage.
