I have a lot of respect for the employees working at the 1st Summit Bank in Greensburg. They really work very hard to satisfy customers needs. As we all know if you have worked in the public sector customers can be very difficult at times. The employees have gone way beyond there job description to help me, I was recently in another state and needed financial assistance ASAP! I called and the employee took care of the issue within 30 minutes. I have been a customer for many years and plan to stay. Top customer service Maureen Stefancin

      Response from the owner

The Branch in the Greensburg Walmart are great! They have been nothing but kind and helpful.. cannot say enough about the people there. The bank itself on the other hand, I find have many short comings, ie, the price of money orders is insane, when I could get them 5 steps away for 1.00. The bank itself seems a bit behind the times in their operations and how they do things. But this is not the fault of the people of the branch I go to.

      Response from the owner

Raven, how awesome is our team in Greensburg? Thank you for being so kind and giving them a shout out in your review. I appreciate the feedback you posted as well. Can you call or email me so we can chat about how our bank can make improvements? We are always looking for innovative and new ideas and I'd love to hear yours. I'll do my best to put them in to action. My name is Megan and I'm the marketing rep for the bank. Please call me at 814-262-4139 or email me at [email protected].

I have been left stranded without any access or help from this bank on multiple occasions. They have arbitrary restrictions on how much you can spend in a day, and how many time you can use your card. So, every Friday when I pay bills, I get locked out. Today, I called to confirm that my card would reset, and they did. Then, I found out after they were closed that there is some kind of security hold on my card. This happens monthly because they employ some third party company to harrass their customers about the Big Mac they bought at McDonald's. Not once, not twice, but 8 times in a day for the same transaction. Meanwhile you're spending a grand down the road at Lowes but that isn't suspicious. So this third party company will lock you out of your card, no matter where you are, with no money, leaving you stranded. Stuck in a foreign country without a ride? Well screw you because your bank does not care. I'm so close to just leaving these people. Dealing with them makes me furious. Today I'm stuck miles from home and can't buy gas and food today to get home. Idk if I can even get home with the cash I have. This is ridiculous. Its 92 degrees.

This is the first bank I have ever dealt with that is not for the customer....Comcast took money from my account 3 weeks ago and I have not been a Comcast customer in 6 months...and as we all know Comcast helps no one they are about the money and themselves.....so I went to my bank for help like everyone told me to....I spoke to 4 different people and did all I was told to do even a police report and u still have no refund and u call and leave messages and no one returns my calls....If Joe shmo stole my money they would help but they won't cause it's Comcast.....really......first bank ever to not help the customer there supposed to be there for
