  I've had this bank for years, Vickie has always been a part of my great experience . I've always received fast and efficient service , even when I show up 5 minutes before closing. The only reason I didn't give it is 5 stars is because of the wait time to receive a new card, I have to pay 8 dollars and wait almost 2 weeks. Some banks have where they can make a card then and there. Hopefully this can be upgraded in the future! Other than that please continue the great work! =)

  The employees at the Bakersfield Bank are pretty nice, but the CUSTOMER service number is worthless. They are the most disorganized mess I have ever encountered at a Bank. Plus they are rude.

  I’ve been banking with them for almost 4 years and never had a problem till now. I moved to Arizona and I tried to call and make a payment over the phone and I was waiting for someone to answer for 20 minutes just for it to end the call. I tried 6 different times and still no answer.

Our team has been working hard to handle the influx of calls as less people are going into the branches because of the current environment. In addition to our member services team, many transactions can be done using our mobile app or our online banking.

  Love everything !!!! EXCEPT the (877) number , wait ,,wait,, wait,, would it hurt to have local 661 number and let a high school person answer it and direct calls ?????? i cannot not wait for the corporate answer, we have lost that personal touch.

  Thank you very much for taking the time to give us this feedback. In an effort to give better customer service, we have tried to centralize our call center specialists to one number. The specialists sit in different locations, but the phone queue is routed to the next available specialist. By having one person in one branch, you could have a situation where one member is having a problem that needs quite a bit of attention, and you could then be on hold for even longer wait times, if you were calling in to the Bakersfield branch. Unfortunately, there is no perfect solution here. We apologize that the wait times have been long. Have you tried signing up for online and/or mobile banking? Depending on the reasons you are calling the 877 number, you may find that you are able to address your request within minutes on our app.

  The people at the location are really nice especially Vicky. However, when you really need assistance for something so basic they fail to meet these expectations.

  This bank needs to start opening on Saturday’s.

  I had a bad experience with Estefany Soto, she provides terrible service, she is not kind and does not know how to attend to customer services, she is very rude, one reserves time for information and gets upset if one does not accept what they want, we went for a loan and we are not convinced of the terms of the loan and then we told her that we would think better if it suits us or not and she very rudely said that we wasted her time by not accepting the loan when we had every right to decide whether to accept it or not, it already seems that she was the owner of the bank 😡 should try harder to have good staff who know how to serve the customer who has good customer service 😒
