  Dan is the best! We were originally going with another place to get a home loan, but they couldn't get us what we needed and it seemed very impersonal. Not so with Dan. We were referred to him by a family member who had such a great experience, they told us we had to go through him. The process of getting a home loan can seem formidable, but with Dan it's easy and stress free. He keeps in constant contact with you so you always know where you're at. Even when I had questions about the home buying process outside of the loan, he was always there with a quick response and to help set you at ease. He even helped me find a great home insurance policy when the ones I shopped came back too high. Go with Dan for all your loan needs, you won't regret it!!

  Dan made the purchase of our first home as stress free as possible. He is helpful, knowledgeable and organized. I rarely had to deal with the escrow company because he was on top of any documentation the lender might need. Any obstacle that we could of possibly faced - he was prepared for. We had an excellent experience and are very appreciative of all the hard work Dan put into our file. I truly believe we wouldn’t of been able to buy our house without him.
