Chuck Hamm1The transaction went okay until we realized we were getting double - charged. We paid up front for the appraisal, then we were charged again for the appraisal through escrow. Additionally, Larry E wanted to close before month end (May 31) and I objected because we didn't want to pay interest over the weekend on a property we didn't have access to. He offered to reimburse so he could meet his goals. We accepted. Transaction closed, we've demanded our money, and now all that is left is lawsuit! So that is next.

Nayeli's PV Vlogs1It started as the first time buyer dream to own a house but after having too many issues with Kathy Federico (lender) and assistance Roxy (Pacific Funding Mortgage at Antelope Valley )it really has been a bad bad first time buyer experience. This office is really unorganized, they misspell our names and DOB on our paperwork, they had requested paycheck stuffs and 2 weeks after they were asking for them again. Don’t know if they misplace them or what but all this rookie mistakes made it a delay to close down. We called them several times to check our status and they would tell us that they had send all paperwork to escrow, we will then call escrow and they will tell us that the Lender (Kathy) needed to send paperwork to them. We find out that the lender had lie to us several times. I could continue on and on but overall it was a really bad first time buyer experience with Pacific Funding Mortgage at Antelope Valley .
