  I have used Ryan for a refi, a line of credit and most recently a new home mortgage. As a small business owner with no W2, Ryan was able to pull everything together. His level of service is excellent. Even amid a COVID lockdown, everything was smooth, as promised and he was even able to get my loan funded and me into my new home one day early.   Tim Slowinski, our loan officer, most efficiently helped us through the entire short process of refinancing our loan mortgage starting from day one! We never met face to face but it felt like he was our favorite next door neighbor.   My husband and I are self employed, and usually it takes everything including drawing blood to get through loan processing. We usually have higher rates with self employment. This was the first time all I had to do was provide a Loan applications and a few documents to get really great rate and get it approved. This team was amazing, and I am really happy to write a 5 star review, was well deserved.
