  Jennifer Cosco was my realtor this past summer, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with her exceptional expertise in understanding the local market and the speed in which she sold my home and property in Alger County. Jennifer was very competent and personable. I quickly discovered that she offered a remarkable skill set to those selling their homes in Marquette and Alger Counties. Her staging and photography skills of my home and property were amazing. I received multiple competing offers within the first week, which not only led to the closing on the home a short time after that, but also included a much higher offer above the asking price. In addition, Jennifer regularly communicated with me, kept me informed along the way, and responded quickly whenever I had a question. She took the stress out of the process. In short, Jennifer far-exceeded my expectations and did an unbelievable job! It was such a delight dealing with Jennifer as my Selling Agent, and I would not hesitate to use her again as my realtor.

  I would 150% work with Jennifer again. She has gone above and BEYOND for me on more than one occasion both buying and selling a home.   Jen is a consummate professional. She knows her stuff in and out - she showed us over THIRTY properties (it's a tough market out there). She helped us navigate the process, was incredibly forthright and honest about everything, and pointed countless things out from every home we saw so we knew what to expect. She has provided incredible recommendations for local services, and she was incredibly supportive when things did not work out. I am very impressed by her knowledge and acumen. If and when we ever sell our home, or look for another, Jen is the only option we'll consider. If you're in the Marquette area, look no further, because she is The One!

  I asked Jen to help me as a buyers agent while I was nearly 500 miles away from my target market. Jen is very good at her job and I felt like finding this home would not have been possible without her. Even in the booming housing market currently she did her best to take care of me before, during and even after the deal was closed. To start, she worked very hard to add listings that fit my specific criteria. She walked the homes and sent me video of everything requested when I was many hours away. When things didn't turn out as the sellers indicated, she worked with me to make it right and fought for me. I feel like she is one of the most trustworthy people I have worked with!

  Jennifer was absolutely fantastic while we were selling our house. From first contact through closing she was always available for any questions that we had. When we had issues with the buyers agent, she fixed it. When we had issues with the VA, she fixed it. We were able to move our home seamlessly, all because of Jennifer. My wife, daughter and I will forever be thankful for how great she was during that normally stressful time. If you’re buying or selling a house, call Jennifer first. You’ll thank me later.

  Jennifer helped me buy my home in 2015. I lived out of state, and it was my first time buying my home after a divorce. She was so helpful, and genuine. She put my fears at ease, and was so understanding. She became a huge support in the process. I encountered a few bumps along the way and she stuck it out with me and I got my home. She was so pleasant and a joy to work with. If I ever sell, hands down I will have Jennifer as my selling agent.
