  The bank is great and a hand full of the tellers are great, some of the other ladies there seem to be a little upset to be working at the bank in Walmart and dealing with anyone that isn’t on their phone. But for the most part the Customer service is great, it’s my first bank I’ve had an account at and I’m looking forward to keeping my account open for a long time.

  I recently moved to the UP and the current credit union I went through is a lower Michigan branch. I unfortunately had to find a local bank and came across Tru North. Tru North has the most unfriendly tellers I’ve ever seen. Every time you walk into the Ishpeming branch or the one in Walmart no one is ever smiling. Tammi at the Marquette Walmart branch needs a better attitude and to learn some respect. I get it’s 8:30 in the morning and it’s almost the weekend but would it kill you to smile or actually acknowledge your costumers when they speak to you? If you can’t be friendly to the community then you shouldn’t work plain and simple! I will be taking my banking else where.

  Most of the employees are pretty indifferent to customers. Just one, in my experience, is friendly. They need better management. But, at least it's super inconvenient to get into the Walmart parking lot. Based on these factors we never want to go there to pull any of our money out of savings.

  Great bank to deal with. Not perfect but better than average. I have a professional relationship with them, and receive proper treatment every time.

  Excellent customer service and hours! TruNorth is THE best to deal with for auto financing and home mortgages. Efficient, friendly, professional employees.

  The worst customer service I've ever had at a credit union. I have to call them 3 times over any little thing. Went for a car loan and treated me like a beggar. I cant switch fast enough.

  Open every day and checks cashed without a charge if deposited.
