  Will Bowers did an outstanding job during the purchase of my house in 2019 and the refinance in 2020. His communication from start to finish during both processes was magnificent, answering all questions that we had and giving us information that we didn’t think about. From the time the contract was accepted to cleared to close was 12 business days. During the refinance Will was just as accommodating while finding the lowest rate possible. I would recommend Will to anyone looking to buy/refinance without hesitation.

  I have used Select Mortgage Advisors on several occasions. most recently on a commercial project, but I've also secured financing with them for multi-family and a single-family residence as well.   Will Bowers was extremely efficient and professional in preparing my refinance documents. The process of getting an extremely low interest rate as well as answering any of my technical questions throughout the process was handled in a very expedited manner.   Will was great to work with!!! My situation was a little bit difficult, due to multiple properties still being in my name and on my credit after the divorce. He worked with me and helping me to understand what he needed. So I could provide that information to Will. Will worked at getting me a low interest rate on a cash out from some investment properties.
