  This Credit Union is the best. I have been with them for almost 5 years and love the staff, They were right there with me trying their best to get me the best car loan and they did it. Six months in my new vehicle and I am so happy. Not only that but any and all questions that you might have they will help you.

  After my Father in laws death this bank was like a shark trying to get their money on his truck. Extremely rude, we worked with our attorney to get through probate in quick manner, only 3 weeks. But that wasn’t good enough they called continuously and just outright ugly. Then wouldn’t give us a payoff even though my wife had all legal documents as power of attorney of his will. Our local bank had to call and get ugly back to get anywhere! I’m so glad I don’t bank with these clowns, you shouldn’t either!

  My husband is wheelchair bound from a stroke and he also had other residual effects from this incident. I was very pleased that the person attending him spoke to him the whole time. We had explained his medical situation and they were very patient with him. He was able to resolve and take care of all his banking issues. Thank you very much.

  Good luck trying to get a customer service rep on the phone. I cannot wait to be done with this credit union. NEVER will finance through them again, it has been a terrible experience.

  I don’t know if the people that work here live outside of Louisville but they definitely are uncomfortable supporting and offering good customer service to black people. I walked in and the white guy with the big head was rude. Go in the back and the big head white chick gave me the worse customer service ever to the point it’s bothering me still 2 months later. They need to diversify their staff at all branches.

  If you are struggling especially during all the chaos we have experienced lately in the world this bank says they care about you and your business with them…Far from the truth! I lost my job earlier this year due to Covid, then ended up getting Covid and missing more work and never got unemployment. Trying to get my bank account straight but since it’s been in the negative so long they won’t let me have access to my credit card that I pay on time all the time and cannot get access to my savings!!! Im over it and life happens and it’s out of our control but how can you deny someone their money like this? Im trying it’s not like Im not! I needed gas so I thought I’ll use my credit card and found out they froze my accounts and I ended up running out of gas and had no money for food but I have my money sitting in savings that I can’t take out unless they are open. Do not use this bank! I’ve been there for a long time and first time you have a struggle in your life they don’t like you then!

  I have been a customer for 5 years haven't had some issues recently with an account. The issues I had have been quickly and efficiently been corrected. Drew and Bethany at this branch are awesome to work with!

  Drive through on Shelbyville rd is not working correctly. Was in line for over 20 minutes with 10 other cars and no movement. Called customer service and they were going to contact whomever is over machines and call someone inside. Customers frustrated and many left. I went next door to another bank and paid. $3.50 fee to get money out. But my main goal was a check deposit over the max for mobile deposit. Need to open more lanes and figure out why the one machine is so slow please.

  We recently moved to Louisville and were anxious to open an account at a local Credit Union. After being treated very poorly at a Credit Union closer to our home we decided to try Commonwealth. Everything about our experience was great! We couldn't be happier! The staff was very friendly, the facility is very modern and welcoming, and the services were exactly what we needed.
