  Amazingly rude bank employees. Would note give me change for a $50, that I got out of their atm, because I didn't have a way to prove I had a PNC account. They were not willing to look my name up. I had to show them a card or give them an account number. I will be ending all of my banking relationships with PNC and moving to a bank that values people more, customers or not.

  Decent bank on the corner. Annoyingly small parking lot, drive through is small, all staff have been exceptional, and the atm in the lobby is great and handles most everything you may need after hours but conveniently indoors. I do hate all the bank fees attached to their accounts though.

  Always polite and super helpful. Their accounts are also free of lots of charges.

  I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and there was only one car in front of me. I know lobbies are not open and drive thru service is slower, but this seems extreme. PNC is closing so many branches that getting quality service is becoming more of a challenge.

  Drive thru wait time is ridiculous. If the lobbies are open you should not be allowed to hold the line up. Or at least have one drive thru designated for those other transactions.

  Shorted me on my money and had the same teller from the original transaction count the drawer. How does that make sense? Sketchy management. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.
