  Best prices on home owners and auto insurance anywhere. Ours are through Adirondack Mutual Exchange and I can't speak highly enough about the service offered and provided by this independent insurance agency. Definitely check them out as opposed to just going with whoever comes in cheapest through an online search! An independent agent is ALWAYS the way to go!!

  I got a Home Equity Loan from SEFCU. The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained the process completely and was kind to a very tearful person. Me! To tell you the truth, every person I worked with from SEFCU (for both my Home Equity Loan and mortgage) was great! Patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, etc. If you are looking for this kind of service you can NOT go wrong with SEFCU!!. I will definitely recommend SEFCU to anyone looking for a Home Equity Line of Credit and/or a mortgage. Thanks so much for helping me get through a very confusing process.

  Imagine receiving a return call from your agent within minutes while still at the scene of the accident. Imagine your agents primary concern is your well being, that of your passengers and the other party involved. Harder yet to imagine is receiving a call from the adjuster while on your way home from the accident to inform you your agent has started the ball rolling, you have excellent coverage for what you already knew was at very reasonable cost, and as soon as you decide where they'll put you in the seat of a rental for what turns out to be much longer than needed due to the excellent coverage. Perhaps hard to imagine but that is exactly our experience with Cori Canastra. Her genuine concern, empathy, and willingness to be of service is unmatched in our forty seven years doing business with insurance companies that are very attentive signing you up but not so much afterward. We have already and will continue to recommend Sefcu Insurance. Well done to Cori and Sefcu.
