      The incompetence of the workers at the Cobleskill Trustco branch is the only thing this bank specializes in. Be WARNED if you are thinking about opening an account here for Mortgage purposes, you might want to question your intelligence moving forward. They will screw up your payments even if automatically withdrawn, hit you with a late fee AND try to say you’ve missed a mortgage payment.

      I can't say enough good things about Trustco Bank - Cobleskill Branch. Wonderful people to work with. Steve, the manager is helpful and solves problems quickly and efficiently. All the tellers are personable and easy to work with. A true pleasure in this day and age, when most companies have forgotten how important customer service can be!!!!!

      I got scammed out of a LARGE sum of money due to somebody at the Cobleskill NY location "misplacing" it. I have contacted them several times, along with filing complaints with several government agencies. So far, Trustco has done NOTHING to help me get my money back. I want o make sure that everyone is aware of the fact that YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE AT TRUSTCO. Perhaps, they need to change the name to Scamco?

      I opened an account there last week... They took my money and disappeared.. almost a week later, and no record of any account.. Filing criminal charges now.
