  Getting your tax return prepared can be a nerve wracking experience. This was not the case at BQ. The friendly and professional staff put me at ease the moment I walked through the door. An overall very good experience. I highly recommend this firm. All my inquiries were answered promptly and they made me feel like I was their most important client.

  I had the worst experience with this company. They did not communicate well and the person I spoke to over the phone was very rude her name is Amber. It was my first time doing taxes in the US and this company was recommended to me by the company I work for. I was so disappointed with their service. First I had to keep calling cause I wasn’t sure of the process. They filed an extension of my return because of missing documents that I was not made aware of. When I got upset over this fact, Amber became very defensive telling me I wasn’t her fault. Then when everything was finally done they charged me an extra fee that I wasn’t aware of. I started my tax return with them in February and my taxes were finally filed in June. If you are new to taxes stay away from this company. It will not be a smooth process for you.

  With no identifying information on this review I can only guess this is coming from a person who was unable or unwilling to supply adequate information and backup documentation to support his or her claimed deductions. BQ only files complete and accurate tax returns so an unfinished product would be the result of multiple failed attempts to obtain the necessary data from the client.
