  Hours listed should not include the "video banking" on their ATM. By that logic they're open 24/7 because of the 1-800 number. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing. Soon as I finish paying off my loan, I'm gone

We switched the hours to in-person hours and added online service hours for the Video Teller Machines that will hopefully reduce confusion.   This review is about SEFCU as a whole. The overdraft fees are ridiculous. I got charged $28 overdraft fee because my account went -12cents. I had a pending Cash app deposit of $80, my account had $7.89. Disney Plus (6.99) charge came through before my deposit. Immediately, SEFCU charged me an overdraft fee. After 8 years with this bank, which I only got Freshman year of college because it was easy for students, I’m closing the account.These last two year the charges have been ridiculous. Reply to comment: I have spoken with your customer service representatives, and the only “solution” you offer is a one time a year-dispute of an overdraft fee. SEFCU doesn't intend on fixing this problem. Instead you continue to hold and delay funds, then rearrange purchases so you can charge an overdraft. Yet, the company claims to be convenient for State employee and students.

  Washington avenue SEFCU 1400 if you're going to say SEFCU is open till 6:00 fix the Google part so nobody is rushing to get to the CEFCU place where it's close at 5:00 for those who have to pay bills or get money orders or something in that nature do not let people waste gas the old school Batman and Robin dashing through thinking that you're open till 6:00 but your clothes 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. fix your Google closing sign so that everybody will now know that you close 5:00 not 6:00 in case someone is ever late trying to get the money or pay bills thinking that you're open you close at 5:00 fix it 1400 Washington avenue SUNY canvas CEFCU is 8-5 now everyone knows can we fix the Google time please so everyone knows not just finding out as they get to the place and find it close

  This SEFCU branch is located in the campus center right next to the pizzeria. Staff are friendly and the location is very convenient for all university staff, students, and other community members. As of 2019 they have ATMs for SEFCU, Keybank and TD Bank that can be used anytime the campus center is open.

  Pleasant service during business hours. Full service ATM can now distribute $5 bills, which is helpful.

  They stayed they are open till 3 on Saturdays, I am currently here and they are closed
