  I have been working with Empower Mortgage for about a year and half. They have done all they could to help me with finding a house and helping find different ways of purchasing a home. With their help I have found a home. They have been very patient with me and have answered any questions I have had with this process. They explained everything down to the very last detail.   We went through so much with Jim and his team in our journey to homeownership, low appraisals, sellers who backed out of contracts, etc, etc, and that was just before the pandemic! They were helpful, sympathetic and encouraging all the way through. Each time we were ready to make an offer, we had our approval letter immediately. After we got back to work and started looking again, we stayed with them and we're glad we did. They took care of every glitch or problem that came up, and got us a great rate. They were also very patient and understanding when we got impatient with anything that delayed things knowing that it just felt like it was taking so long because of how long we'd been at it.   We are so happy Empower Mortgage was referred to us. We have never worked with such caring, professional and responsive people. From our first phone call to Jim Parvis, Sawyer, Mark and the whole staff we were taken care of. Even if we called multiple times a day they were always happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. We are closing today on our new home and without all the people at Empower Mortgage I'm sure we wouldn't be where we are. We would give them a 100 stars if we could ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.   We worked with Jim and his team to get our loan. They told us the hard truth of what we had to do to get our loan. Save money, pay things off and it worked. It was hard but Jim and his team made it feel easy. When you call they know you by name and they get to know your family and what you want. Very sweet pleasant to work with.

  I am a first time home buyer from the pre qualifying letter to where we are now and tho I have not officially closed that’s all we have left. Empower and the entire staff there have been great it was not just let’s get this done and get our money. I was truly clueless plus covid slowed things and in all of it they not only guided me but also their level of patience was great my wife and I greatly appreciate everything they did and we highly recommend empower. if/when we buy another house we will definitely use them again for sure
