  Security National Mortgage was wonderful. We were introduced to them thur our realtor. Me and my wife did not have best credit scores when we were introduced. Right from the start they were very positive and reassuring that they would be able to help us with purchase our home. We started in February of 2021 Thomas Hall was our lender that we worked with he was always available to answer any questions that we had and my wife had a lot. I am happy to say that we closed on our new March 25 2022.This was my first home purchase I couldn’t have ask for a better mortgage company to work with. 👍👍👍👍👍

  Robert was very pleasant & knowledgeable I totally enjoyed him being my loan officer. He was personable & always answered the phone & my questions, he provided the BEST customer service a person would want during a loan process. I really appreciated the videos about the loan process & text messages & email reminder notifications.

  Olivia was absolutely amazing. Her communication couldn’t have been better. She responded promptly to text, emails, and calls. We were walked through every step of the process and never felt like we were left in the dark. I was very surprised at how personable she was, and just all around friendly and down to earth. I would definitely use Olivia again and have recommended her to friends. Don’t hesitate to give her a call.

Robert was very upfront when I inquired about rates for refinancing and was able to lower my interest rate one and a half percent. With a combination of hasty replies and easy to use software, I was able to close on my refinancing within less than a month.
