Kirsten Stephens1I have to make deposits for my office every Friday and of course Friday is a busy day; however one would think that being such, they would have more than one teller in the drive thru and one teller open inside. This seems to be par for the course most Fridays. Last Friday I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes.

Candis guzzi2Only one drive through works..... when you try to a make a deposit at the ATM, and there is only one, it says currently unavailable. Very inconvenient when you work all week and can't make it during business hours. I was looking at all the reviews and it looks like there are a lot of improvements that could be made at this branch Back at the regions in Carrollton. This truly is the worst region branch I have ever visited. None of the ATMs work only the drive-thru works. 30 minute wait inside. 20-minute wait outside. Y'all really should visit the Sharpsburg Thomas Crossroads branch in newnan to learn a few things. I've always loved regions. But since moving to Carrollton I think I'm going to switch to a different bank. And the worst part is when you give a review they don't fix anything. They give you some generic line about how they're going to tell somebody about it then You just come back and it gets worse and worse

Susan Lance1Why have an ATM if there's never cash in it, or it just is not in service. I drove 20 miles to get here and it has no cash. At 6:05 pm. Not uncommon either. Very similar experiences with the one in Newnan and the one in Sharpsburg.

Kaitlyn Schwarzburg1Lately I am guessing it’s because of closed hours I don’t really know but this is the only location close to me now. Just about every time I go to deposit money it says it’s unavailable. what is the point of having a 24 hour atm if it doesn’t do what an atm is supposed to do !

ali pike1If I could give them a 0, I would. WORST bank I have ever banked with and I’ve been with BOA, Charter Bank, PNC bank, And Chase. They are absolutely NO help at all when it comes to new accounts. They punish you for having a new account. If you open a new account, you are better off not using it for your 1st 60 days, because everything you try to do they put on hold. And they want $25 to close my account before the 60 days are up, WITH the experience that I have had. I’ve been in the bank atleast 4 times with PROBLEMS since I opened my account 20 days ago. If you’re looking for a new bank, DO NOT CHOOSE REGIONS!!!!

Scott Denham2I have been banking with Regions for many years and have never had any problems. I currently have two complaints that are real annoying. The first one is that the drive through only has one lane open while the lobby is closed due to the pandemic. The teller told me that the second lane is out of order and the process to repair it would interfere with the main lane functioning. It's still unacceptable and a total inconvenience. It wouldn't be so bad if the was another location in Carrollton but there is not. My second issue is the fact that multiple times over the last several months my paycheck has been put on hold. This only happens when I use the smart phone deposit option on the app. I have to go down there to get it fixed bacause the clown at corporate is telling me that it won't clear for like 10 days! I have always liked Regions but I have seriously considered taking my business to another bank.

Danielle Johnson5I look forward to making my deposits here every Saturday. Shawntie Reyes is the friendliest bank teller I have EVER encountered. She is always very happy and is extremely helpful. She makes a point to be personable and go above and beyond to ensure that every need I may have it met. You don't find customer service like she offers!

Katie Brown1Why is there only one lane open in the drive through if the lobby is closed? ALL customers must use the drive through and only One lane? And why are there 3 employees in the drive through lobby but only One of them is actually helping customers? Poor use of staffing.

Robyn W Houp1Tellers are rude; branch manager was very nice, polite and helpful. Too bad he works at such an unhelpful establishment. God forbid that you have to call -- all you get is voice mail hell. No option to speak to a live body that can actually help you. Oh wait! Now I get it: they aren't there to help you -- just make money off your money! Duh!

Jackie Estes1Worst customer service and the tellers are very rude. We have 2 accounts I went to deposit a check with my husbands name at the Carrollton branch and they refused to deposit because he was not with me 🚗 to the VillaRica branch had no problem. Had another issue so I called customer service they recused to help and was very rude. So I am Closing my account and our other will be closed soon.
