  My realtor tried his best as did my loan officer but the entire process was a stressful nightmare. I almost ended up homeless because I had already sold my house in Los Angeles. The seller Mary Martinez was the worst agent and she should never be allowed to sell again!!!! Buying a half a million dollar home back in LA was the easiest transaction and closed in almost 2 weeks. Buying a 180 house with 20% was extremely difficult. Honestly, My realtor Daniel and Victoria kept my sanity but I would never want to do another loan here.

  Great service, very professional, very nice people to work with. if you are looking to buy your first home, your seconds home, or for whatever reason you are looking to purchased your next property I do highly recommend SNMC. they will walk through all the way the will be by your side. they work for you. that is how they made me feel, they made me feel that I was part of their team, their family ad not just another customer. my load was quick a difficult loan since my debt was debt to income was a bit to high they help me out and guide me on what debt to pay out.
