      TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! I’ve had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a Brandy lee/lopez. Completely unprofessional and is very rude. She has a sense of entitlement/better then you attitude. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a disgusting individual. Personally would Never do business with her and surprised she even has a job here. Seek elsewhere!!! Martha Martinez reality was more then happy to accommodate all of my needs without the disgusting behavior this individual provided. I can see why she’s a single mom I wouldnt be able to stand her either. Generic response, you absolutely will never find that loan application because after this womens disgusting behavior I didn’t apply :) complete bi*** from the moment I sat down with her. I’m sure she’s that way because her hourly salary is so low. Or she was just born that way. Whatever the case may be she’s terrible. I would not like to discuss it further as I should have read your review prior to walking in. The multiple terrible reviews speaks for itself. Clean it up in that office of yours.

      The worst people to work with. our lender doesn't keep up with us as far as rates fluctuating, said they'll match rates then turn around and argue with us saying there are no lower rates when we found a lender with low rates, lacks communication, tells us there's nothing they can do for us. only contacts us when rate has made a really big jump.

      The worst experience answer my calls with very bad actitud ,rude and I don’t think they like to help people, this company need new employees with good manners and actitud my bad experience was 3 different women that answer the phone …11 yrs ago with this company and is getting worst UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE the reason that I called is because I been travel a lot for my husband health and I need help to make my payment by phone or schedule the payment but I didn’t get help was worst for me and stressful the way they answer me

      Terrible. With the increase in city taxes I told the customer service woman to take off the extra money we were paying into interest and T&I. Now a month later we are paying way over and are getting screwed. They said there's nothing they can do. What is it with people not doing their freaking jobs anymore.

      DO NOT LET Ruth Guevara handle your application. She has very very poor business etiquette . As we ran into issues and had to do the application manually (print out) . We called her due to the fact we had questions for certain parts of the application which I didn’t even get to ask but one question due to her horrible attitude towards me. I called her and she states “what do you want” . This was my first time ever having a conversation with her and as I tried to greet her respectfully (as that’s how I’m raised) she had responded with “what do you want . I then asked her why she have an attitude with me and she responds saying “It’s literally an application, just fill it out”. I responded with Okay , thank you bye. That is no way to treat a customer that she had emailed prior telling us if we have any questions to contact her. Also this is our first time with this process as we are doing new construction. We will love to do business with Rocky Mountain but will not recommend her at all . We just wanted someone to genuinely assist us through this process minus the attitude.

      DONT DO IT. ESPECIALLY DENISE DUCHENE AS YOUR LOAN OFFICER! Shady uniformed and poor customer service. I had told her I wanted to refinance my home but didn’t want to add my husband since I purchased the home before marriage and before closing she tells me he’s going on the title. Shady person who strings you along… I paid 400 for inspection and lost a ton of time on this. Please be smart and take your business elsewhere.

Our loan officer should have advised you from the outset that the community property laws which apply in the state of Texas require that, regardless of the reason for the refinance, even for a conventional mortgage, both spouses must sign the closing disclosure and be on title for the property. I regret that this information was not clearly articulated to you early on in the process and would like to convey my sincere apologies to you for the way this situation was handled.

      The main reason why i picked RMMC is because I wanted a local mortgage company where i could take my payment in person if ever needed, and i was told they never sell their loans to other companies. I hadn't even made my 1st payment when i received a letter saying my loan had been sold to a different company. My loan officer did a good job but the only reason i went with them is because i thought my loan would be here in el paso and turns out i was lied to.

      I am happy with Lorraine Lopez and Rocky Mountain Mortgage. They made the loan process so smooth. I was able to upload my documents online in a few minutes. Lorraine and her processor were always available if I had any questions.

      We are currently on the final stages of the process and let me tell you it's been the worst I've experienced. Our loan officer Ruth never answers the phone and she had another officer (Alma) to help and she never answers the phone as well. I understand covid and all but to never answer the phone like come on and on top of the they never tell us they needed paperwork from us it's on that one time that they answer that they say they need stuff. If you can avoid them plz save yourself a headache.

      I called the servicing department for help regarding my mortgage payment and the lady that help me was wonderful and very helpful , she told me to call her if I had any other questions. I ask her for a payoff information, said she will be happy mail the information that same day I also ask her about my Insurance policy that I had mailed to the office, ask her to transfer me to the insurance department and she did, and again the lady that answer was very very helpful, gave me all the information I needed for my husband to have. If any one of you reads my review I will like to say, thank you.
