  12/08/2021 The worst customer service. I apply for a loan on Monday with Jesus but he never call me back. I have to call back to see what is going on. Tje next day u have to call them back to see i can talk to a supervisor. I did talk to Nancy supervisor, she was going to see what was going on and she told me she was going to call me before 6. She never did. I have to call again on Wednesday I have to talk to another supervisor. I know i didn't get approve but I'm still a customer, don't ignore me. Customer service is the first thing. I just wish they can be better on the service. I'm going to try to get another bank because also the drive thru is Always really slow and They take forever. I have no idea way.

  I personally wouldn’t change FLFCU. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. If I’ve had problems, they have always helped me resolve it quickly! Thank you. I’ve been a member for 4 years now, and I’m staying.

  Very disappointed with my dealings with First Light. First on my rewards, I have to pay to use my points. Look at the points you have to pay to get a credit……..Second issue is on your Visa account, when you have a charge to your account that was not authorized by you and you give notice to First light and to Visa they keep charging you a late fee for not paying the amount in question. First Light needs to look out for the people that are putting their money in their establishment.

  I made the change to FirstLight Federal Credit Union about 12 to 13 years I left chase bank and wells fargo cause of their deceptive practices at that time. I'm still with FirstLight and I couldn't be happier. Through this Pandemic I lost my business and had to find a normal job. FirstLight understood my financial difficulties.
