  I had some issues with my account recently and wasn’t happy, but shortly after I arrived, Mike not only came to the rescue by calming my emotions, but also was able to put me back in good spirits. I can’t wait to catch up and chat again next time I have to visit the bank!

  The 410/Rigsby Branch was very helpful with what I needed done. In and out and even after the crazy weather plus the dreaded COVID19 stuff going on. Michael Schick - & his Team was very helpful. Thanks again, I will be back!

  Good friendly folk to help u. I switched to them from USAA just because of the "human" factor. So far, just one thing bothered me here; recently, I applied for a consolidation loan, but was declined. The only issue was my score, which really wasn't bad, but apparently not good enough for a particular underwriter. Everything else in my credit report was excellent; nothing negative. My application was approved after I submitted an appeal letter. Now I'm able to better reach my financial goals, plus my credit score has soared. So, to the underwriter who declined me... You can go to hell; and to the underwriter who approved me... I commend you for the wise choice. Overall and so far, I am pleased with SSFCU.

  We went to close accounts due to security service not being in our new location we live in and no associate credit union being near us. Even though there us with outbreak we where able to close through drive thru and the associate was extremely helpful and he did r explained everything thoroughly. Thank you for excellent service and hate we had to part ways.
