  I had a problem the 1-800 couldn't fix. Went into the Goliad branch and a young lady by the name of Kassandra G helped me. She was very friendly and had great customer service. She got me fixed up in no time. Tha k you Kassandra and Goliad staff for taking care of me.

  Aaren Ramon went out his way to help me yesterday and I highly recommend the banking services that this bank provides. Their current manager, Ashlon Fisinger, I have followed him from previous locations where he has been and I regard him as one of the best in the business.

  I gotten several car loans here . And now I have one vehicle loan here I usually send my wife to pay my car loans here and since my wife usually gets a receive after payment has been given was told by the manager that she cain’t get a receive anymore cause she’s not on the loan and also they changed it now , she usually ask for a balance receipt and gets one . My wife explained that her husband has gone inside the bank and added her permission to be given access for balance. I went inside the bank today and spoke to the manager assistant and she told me that the manager said that I need a power of attorney so my wife can get a receive after payment. I explained to her if next time I need to find another bank in order so my wife can get a receipt even though she’s been given permission by me and it’s noted there . The manager did find that I requested permission so my wife can get a receive it’s there in the computer. Now I need to hire and attorney and pay him for and power of attorney so my wife can get my car loan receipt there . I can go and get the receipt but sometimes I’m to busy and the loan payment needs to be paid on time . If you get a car loan here and it’s in your name your going to need a power of attorney to get a receive if Your not there and your spouse wants one. That’s what the manager is implying. What a day ..

  I came in to sign a document for a dispute. I signed in on a sheet with no other names on the list. There were two people who were there waiting before me. 1 hour later I am finally called on to sign a simple sheet of paper. The customer service is terrible. However lacy the person who helped me was extremely polite and professional. This branch just has a mood that customers have no where else better to be. So they take their time.
