  1/8th of a star...I used to work at BofA and I am glad that I left. The bank in general is pointless. LOL, why have phones if they will not be answered. I currently work for a great bank and one that will always answer the phones within 3 rings or less, as this is one of the ways we show that our customers mean more than a number. Please Please Please leave this bank, if you have autopayments for your Mortgage or Vehicle so that you are receiving a lower interest rate then I understand. But, please consider that your everyday transactions style account be one that is from a bank that believes in you, and that understands that they wouldn't be in existence if their customers didn't feel important.

  Would rate it lower but it won't let me. I use online banking for 95% of my banking needs. But that 5% is one horrible experience after another. Need cash, nope, drive up ATM rarely works. Go into the branch, ATM out of order. But it's not the branch itself, years ago BOF closed alot of branches and ATM's. We still need cash, sorry bitcoin

  They take forever!! Seriously need new staff. Your suppose to do things in a timely matter not chit chat and have the manager just stand there. The last time i came they couldnt give me change because the person who was allowed wasnt here

  The employee named Christian was just standing talking to the bankers. When he tried to help me he has an attitude problem and tried to be condescending. Last time I checked you asked me if I needed help. Trying to make the customer feel stupid when you weren't listening never works.

  "I" have done service with this bank for over two years and have dealt with Ms. Cantu more then once. SHE has been very professional AND always eager to deal with any problem.

  Service at this location is very poor.I have been calling for weeks.No-one answer the phone at Dellcrest location.Went into branch and expecting a call back..have not received a call or resolution to my problem.The rep took my info....confused as to why the phone is NEVER answered.Worked in financial institutions over 40 years...technology had taken over...but never to have a phone call answered is just ABSURD N UNBELEIVABLE.Been banking with BOA over 3 years...will NEVER recommend this location for banking needs.

  I love this location. Yes it’s a bit slow at times, receiving a greet, smiles and willing to help you...the wait is worth it. Great team at your service at this location.

  8/7/2020 Unable to withdraw money from the ATM in the lobby. You can withdraw from the ATM across from T-mobile.

  The bank is there, have an ATM in the lobby (you even have access to even when the bank is closed and after hours if you have an account with them),an a ATM in the parking lot. Very convenient.

  Very small, just one teller. But very helpful and friendly.
