  I have always been impressed with the friendliness yet professionalism of the tellers and manager. I have been banking there for over 20 years and will continue to do so. It feels like family when I go to bank there.

  I applied for an equity loan. Anna made everything easy for us. She is so capable and attentive, I was very impressed. She is professional and totally knowledgeable. I was confident of every step we took. She also explained everything simply and straight forward. I was absolutely satisfied.

  I have been a member for decades and had a payment withdrawn from my account on a closed car loan. Went in and Marty was able to help me sort out the issue and find a resolution in a very timely manner. Thanks to his help the money was returned by the next business day. I have also always enjoyed Anna and her level of customer service. Thank you both so much for all you do for your memebers.

  Anna and her staff at the S.E. Miltary Drive office are friendly and professional. Whenever I visit the office, I'm always greeted with a smile. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!

  I joined GTCU up in Austin so visited this location for the first time today(Aug 2107). Very strange location and not really much in the way of signage to know its there (except a little one that looks 40 years old). The staff was great as always though! Response to Owner: I live in San Antonio and visited the location down South. I am glad there is a location here it is just a bit weird.

  Disappointed that I couldn't get a loan to reestablish my credit. I know of personal Friends that were approved. God BLESS. I will survive
