  Lack of communication has me closing my accounts..thank you Firstmark …visited the Alamo Ranch branch …closed …and the call center specialist Christina did not know much -go else where for banking needs. Pics at 353 pm..10.6.2021= update: 10.6 / 630 pm @ FIRSTMARK communicated with nobody at culebra & 1604 branch . Now the union asking for me to call to get better service.. ... no answer because they are closed ----they are NOT helping their mission statement. ..i knew they were closed-I still tried , hoping there would be assistance-shout out to Yolanda!!I’ve been a member since Gulf branch was open: all the info you requested , you have …😙 🤨…$$ update / 10.23 …nobody has contacted me from Firstmark’s awesome customer service…

  My wife and I recently moved to San Antonio from out of state. We were looking for a place to move our checking and savings accounts. Although we're happy to say that our experience in Texas has been met with warm greetings and an extended handshakes this has been especially true at Firstmark Credit Union. We were made to feel at home the first time we walked through the front door. All the customer benefits were icing on the cake. We plan on living in Texas as our permanent home and the folks at Firstmark are our new friendly neighbors.

  Firstmark’s team helped me and my families opportunities with two auto loans as well my home equity loan. This has allowed us to save tremendously for other plans to accomplish during a planned event . Thanks to all that helped, Christopher, Tiffany, Debbie, David, Cindy as well as those behind the scenes. I am so glad that I have been a meme bee since 1992. It has truly paid off. The Alamo Ranch location is by far in a league of their own. Outstanding.

  I have been a Firstmark Credit Union member for quite some time now, and I have to say they always come through for my family’s needs each and every time. Their customer service is always top notch and it’s always a pleasure doing business with them, as they really care about their members!!   Firstmark has always been helpful and professional. I really received a great interest rate on my new vehicle purchase and I am very satisfied with Firstmark, Tiffany Hughes and employees and banking experiences with them. I had various choices however I chose Firstmark. Thank you Ms. Hughes for making my loan a smooth transition and always being available for questions

  Very handy location. IT'S INSIDE THE HEB STORE, near the pharmacy. Friendly and accommodating staff, (I'm in a wheelchair). I needed to make changes to my CD, open an additional account, and deposit three checks, but I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, and ready to buy my groceries! That's great service!
