  We have been banking with SSFCU for years and are happy with the great customer service we receive. We are especially happy with Shawn McKeown and the personalized service we receive from him.   This branch is filled with the nicest, most helpful people! It's a pleasure to visit them and once they even refunded a couple NSF fees without me even asking them! I hope this branch never closes, because I'm a disabled military veteran and it's close to home. I do wish it is open on Saturdays, but the South Jordan branch is not too far away on any given Saturday.

  I’ve banked with SSFCU for a few years now, and the Sandy branch is by far my favorite. I was shocked that they take the time to learn all of their members names and recognized me on my third or fourth visit. I love how personable and friendly they are and will drive 40+ minutes to get to this location.

  Eddy helped me out today. He was the only one working that I saw and while he was helping me he was helping 2 other people. Even though he was helping 2 other people he made me feel important and took care of what I needed! He seriously made the trip to the bank a really good one! Everybody go to this location just to see Eddy!!!

  I’ve received banking services from SSFCU for a few years now, and can attest that I’ve had nothing but great experiences each time, at every location. This Sandy location in particular has been my favorite! The staff is always alert, friendly and very helpful, and I especially appreciate the leadership Daniel Lopez displays.   I am not one to typically leave a review but I have to this time because of the exceptional service I have received. The guy that manages this branch, Dany, is ALWAYS so attentive and quick to help me when I have problems in my account. Also his team is wonderful. Every time I walk in I am greeted by name and with a smile. I highly recommend SSFCU, especially the Sandy branch!
