  My car broke down and I needed to finance another one. I got pre-approved online but I wanted to rush the process so I wasn’t with out a car. I went into this branch with no appointment and they were so helpful! They didn’t have an opening but the teller helped me get all the paperwork to the loan department and everything ready. I was going to have to come back to sign everything but they found a way to squeeze me in between their appointments. There was a very personal touch and I was beyond impressed.

  It is definitely worth it to bank with a smaller bank like Security Service rather than a big bank. These guys make you feel like you truly are a valued customer. They do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. AUSTIN, especially, was very helpful and patient with me. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions expertly but in a way that was very easy to understand (because sometimes banking terminology can by confusing) Would recommend this bank to anyone!

  I've been a member for a while and I appreciate this credit union. They are on top of verification and I have been assisted with all problems that try coming to my account. I like the staff at the powers and Barnes location.

  I was in a few weeks ago. The Effervescent Rachel was the absolute best!!!! We geeked on anime and, became friends on Facebook. I adored her personality and Professionalism. She was extremely helpful and just what I need on a rough week. Thank you for letting middle age nerd connection with a fellow soul.

She took her time and went out of her way to resolve my account issues during a difficult time of the recent loss of my beloved husband. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and proficiency.
