  The owner is awesome, he's straight forward and honest. The store is easy to maneuver and enjoy good conversation at the same time. What he needs is an outside covered patio, a coffee maker and some bbq.

  The owner and manager are the friendliest people I have ever met and the work crew on Sunday are very knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the different laptops, the features, and what would work best for my college work and gaming!!

  We have some important items there .... they mean a lot to my husband and it would be devastating to loose them well we fell behind on the payment to keep it in (more then once). Most recently we went over the time where they put the item out for sale .. when I showed up to beg to put it back (with the money to catch up on it) originally he said no so We would have to buy our items at their price which wasn’t possible for us .... I left crying hysterically because Of how much the items mean. (Belonged to family who lost their life in battle). And I was angry although aware not their fault and ours but was praying in times like this there would be wiggle room ... anyway my husband end up calling and TJ did end up allowing us to catch up and hold the items for us .... it really meant a lot that he was willing to do that I believe because he’s a veteran himself And/or it’s a veteran ran shop ......he had compassion for the situation .... so this place is for sure 5 star for their excellent customer service not sure many places would be so willing to .... so we appreciate this business beyond what I could express in words but I hope whoever is looking at reviews in need of a good fair honest pawn shop this is your place. -Millers
