  I've worked with Steve twice now. First, when I first bought my home, and then just a few months ago to re-finance it. Steve has been absolutely amazing! Buying a home for the first time can feel overwhelmingly stressful and confusing but Steve made the entire process easy, and was wonderful at explaining everything to me step by step so that I understood exactly what to expect. Steve really cares about his customers' needs and goes above and beyond to help them reach their goals. I highly recommend his services as he is extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. I really do consider Steve as a good friend.

  I've worked with Steve on four different loans - two home purchases and two refinances. I will not work with anyone else moving forward because Steve spoiled me with his outstanding-on-all-levels service. Over the years prior to connecting with Steve, I've worked with three other mortgage brokers, and none of them were memorable in a single positive way. I absolutely agree and support all of the reviewers here, Steve deserves all of these accolades. Steve makes the process really easy, even when there are unexpected obstacles ... they get resolved quickly because Steve is responsive and all about action, on his client's behalf. He DOES deliver on getting the best rate possible, he truly cares about the value he brings to you. He is available and responds impressively quickly via phone, text, email, and he is with you for any support you need from the very start, right up to when your final papers are signed.

  Steve was essential to the home buying process, and answered all my questions (1st time home buyer, so I had a lot) every step of the way. He made sure I had everything that was needed for the lender and even answered me after hours and on the weekends. Definitely recommend Steve if you're trying to get the lowest rates out there.

  I’ve now done two loans with Steve, and I can’t recommend him strongly enough. Both loans had their own share of twists, turns and complications, but he was there whenever we needed him and did an amazing job shepherding them through closing day. Steve has always made sure that every potential holdup is taken care of well in advance so that everything gets in on time. And of course, his rates are the best. Great guy, too. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

  I was referred to Steve by a neighbor on the NextDoor app. Steve was very attentive to our needs explaining things along the way for us. His responses are extremely timely even late at night. We compared his rates with other brokers, and his was the lowest. If you are shopping around for mortgages, please don't forget to add Steve onto your list! You won't regret it!

  We chose Steve from among several mortgage brokers. He put us in touch with a lender that was willing to underwrite loans to borrowers like us. I had recently started a business and my wife had recently changed jobs. We wanted to do a cash-out refi. We believed that the value of our home was well above what we paid for it a few years ago. Steve found just the right lender (whose appraiser agreed with our valuation), and helped us navigate the process from start to finish. I have already referred him to one of my clients and plan to do so again when the opportunity arises.
