  Kevin and his team were amazing. I highly recommend him and consider Kevin and his team to be a wonderful, hardworking, and trustworth broker who has your interest in mind. We recently purchased a bank owned property, and the experience with Kevin and his team was superb. Most folks consider bank owned sales as a nightmare - not with Lending Capital! At every step, Kevin explained the process and our options. He fought hard to get us the lowest interest rate and we are beyond pleased with their services and the end result. Will absolutely use/recommend Kevin in the future!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amazing! I bought my house with Kevin who made the process stress-free and a great experience. I then refinanced my house 3 months later with him and he saved me 250$ off of my mortgage. He's so dedicated, hardworking, smart, and a very caring person. He works miracles. and truly cares about helping his clients in any way he can.

  The Lending Capital Team made my cash out refinance simple and painless. This wasn't the first time I refinanced. I compared to several mortgage companies and was given lowest rate and fees possible. Their Customer Service was excellent. Absolutely Five Stars !

  As a real estate agent (and borrower) all my deals go to LCM. The rate on my refinance was the lowest by over a point and the process is always smooth sailing. For any agents - LCM has never missed a closing date for me. I am always kept in the loop and never have to question what’s going on with a deal. Impeccable service and pricing not found anywhere else. They are the best in the biz.

  I'm giving Kevin and his team 2 stars. I believe they did everything they could but it could have been done more efficiently. I would have to contact Kevin and his team on every outlet just to receive a reply ( email, text, phone, messenger) I would contact them in hopes to get answers. I would sometimes receive texts after 9pm saying that he could talk now. On the day was waiting to find out of approval or not I called with no answers. I text him to CALL ME when he has an answer. To which he only responded with text messages telling me that it was denied. The communication on this loan process was terrible I'm not a texter and that seems to be how he liked to break the bad news. I was more ready to hear his voicemail then to hear a voice Everytime I've called. I will not be using him again.

  Kevin and Kimberly were absolutely wonderful. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and 100% on your side with the purchase. There were a few curve balls thrown at us during the process and Kevin helped to navigate them with ease, and still kept me on budget. I can't recommend them enough, if you are buying a home, this is the team you want helping you.
