  Ben and the team were absolutely amazing. They did a wonderful job of walking us through what can be a brutal process and made it look easy. What I really appreciated was the time Ben put into determining what was the beat value and path for our mortgage. We rolled through several scenarios ensuring we looked at it from all angles.   I was connected to Ben at MortgageCS through our CFP, Christian, at Prosperitus Wealth Advisors (shout out!, look them up!). Ben and his team made the process of refinancing our house simple and pain free! Ben and his team are super accessible by phone, text, email, or the chat feature on their website. I had the pleasure of communicating with Melissa and Alec at various points throughout the process as well and they were super professional and a pleasure to work with. If the thought of refinancing and thinking about all the numbers makes your anxiety go through the roof, these are the folks you want to work with. At the end of long days at work, it was hard to follow along, but Ben was super patient and more than willing to break the numbers down until I felt comfortable moving forward.
