  My husband and I wanted to refinance our house due to the lower interest rates. I contacted Security Financial Mortgage since Kendal and the staff were so easy to work with when buying our house. Justice was able to get us a lower rate and refinance without paying for an appraisal. This is a great company to work with. I trust this company with all my personal information. They are fast and very professional. I recommend using them for all your house buying and refinance needs.

  Justice worked with us so patiently to close on our new home. We were eight months pregnant and worried we wouldn’t have our new home in time for our baby girl’s arrival. We had some obstacles to overcome and Justice did everything he could to help us be in our home in enough time to prepare for our daughter. My husband and I had never bought a house before so we had several questions and Justice never hesitated to answer every one of them even on the weekends. The whole process was overwhelming, but I feel like we were in good hands.

  Great overall experience, reliable and extremely knowledgeable- will definitely be a return customer! We were first time home buyers and ended up making an offer on 2 homes before we found the one we are thankfully in. Through that process, Kendal was always patient and available at the drop of a hat. We had many, many questions throughout this process, some of which I'm sure seemed obvious to most, but he never wavered and always answered our questions in as much depth as needed. When I had concerns or needed him to run numbers, I always felt welcomed to reach out to him, as to which he always responded promptly.   I was very, very happy with the mortgage I got with Kendal. I talked to several mortgage companies before talking to him, and he was the only one who was honest and straightforward. I asked lots of questions (LOTS of questions), and he always answered them clearly. He won't try to trick you or confuse you. He has integrity and wants to get the best deal for you. His team was helpful and friendly, too. I couldn't recommend this company any higher, ten stars. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another mortgage.

  Di Barger was the most amazing individual to work with, her ethics, attention to detail and timely responses were amazing. There is no way we could have gotten everything done as quickly as we did if it had not been for Di. Her customer service is beyond compare. She was there for us no matter what time of day, day of the week, and even into the late evening. I would highly recommend her and this company to anyone I know is planning on buying a house.

  Justice was really helpful and friendly through the whole process. He was always available or called back immediately if he missed a phone call. He answered all of my questions and contacted me to keep me updated on things. I can tell he really cares about his clients.
